In Network:
We are currently In Network with BCBS PPO, BCBS BlueChoice PPO, Aetna, and United Healthcare (Optum) PPO/POS. We are Out of Network with other insurance providers.

Out of Network:
If you would like to use Out of Network insurance benefits, you would pay full fee at time of service and your insurance may reimburse you some or all of that cost according to your Out of Network coverage.
We are happy to complete and submit any needed documentation to your insurance provider to help you with this. Payment of Fees
We accept Cash, Credit Cards, HSA/FSA Cards, and potentially other types of secure ACH transfers.
We require a credit card number to keep on file for general billing purposes and in the event of No-Show and Late Cancellation fees. Credit card information is stored in a secure, HIPAA-compliant system.

Psychological Testing Rates
$200-$250/60 minutes
Total cost of testing depends on total length of testing time. Cost includes time for interviews, records review, test administration, scoring, report writing, and feedback session.
Fee for Initial Assessment appointment is due at time of service. At that time, we will determine if testing is appropriate and, if so, provide an estimate for total time/cost. We will also apply for any insurance authorization for testing after this appointment.
Half of the estimated testing fee is due at time of Test Administration. The remaining balance is due at time of the Feedback session.
There is a $500 No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee (cancellation within 48 hours of appointment) for Testing Administration appointments.
Therapy Rates
*No-Shows/Late Cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) for Therapy Appointments will be charged the full scheduled fee.
Initial Assessment and Treatment Planning

Individual Therapy
$175/45 minute session

Extended time is billed in 15-minute increments of the session rate
Family/Couples Therapy
$200/60 minute session

Video Sessions
Same rates as in-office services
Phone Sessions/Coaching that exceed 15 minutes
