Requirements:
PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT. Full licensure required.
Enthusiasm for clinical work.

Participation in Weekly Individual Consultation while building a caseload
Participation in Group Consultations related to Clinical Cases or Growing as a Supervisor.
Interest and willingness to collaboratively problem-solve possible challenges.
Interest in clinical training and willingness to participate in training program in at least one of the following ways:
Providing Didactic Presentations on topics of interest or specialty.
Providing Individual Supervision to interns or practicum students
Providing Group Supervision to interns or practicum students
Participation in Trainee Interviewing and Selection process
Seeking clinicians with interest or special training in at least two of the following:
Interested in working with Trauma and commitment to working from a Trauma-Informed and Trauma-Responsive approach. Training or certification in EMDR, IFS, CPT, or other Trauma treatment models is desirable.
Interest, training, or experience in utilizing body-based therapy modalities (such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, NARM, or other body-based interventions) to address emotion regulation and trauma.
Neurodiversity Affirming approaches to Autism and ADHD.
Experience with Executive Functioning coaching or therapeutic intervention is desirable.
Interest in working with Anxiety and anxiety disorders such as OCD, Social Anxiety Disorder, or Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Interest or experience in working with Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs). Experience with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is desirable.
Working with LGBTQ clients and community members from an affirming and allied approach. Interest, experience, or training in providing assessments and letters for Gender Affirming Care is also desirable.
Interest, experience, or training in working with people with personality disorders.
Experience/training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT). Interest in running DBT or RO-DBT Groups is desirable.
How you would spend your time:
Hybrid Work Setting:
1-2 Days working in our office
Remaining Days in schedule providing therapy remotely
Flexible scheduling that may include weekdays, evenings, or weekends. No evening or weekend requirements; Potential for strictly weekday scheduling if desired and consistent with clinical interests and goals.
Provide therapy services to your ideal clients.
Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy to private-pay or insurance-based clients.
If desired, provide DBT Groups or RO-DBT Classes.
Provide Free Consultations to prospective clients
Weekly Individual Consultation while building your caseload the first three months. Then available as needed or desired.
Participation in a Consultation Group related to clinical consultation or growing as a supervisor
Occasional Didactic Presentations to trainees, staff, professionals, or community
If desired, individual or group Supervision of Trainees
Compensation and Benefits:
W2 Position.
Hourly Compensation
Start as Part Time as you grow your caseload
Compensation Rates:
Masters Level Clinicians: $67/clinical hour (includes time for notes and treatment plans associated with the clinical hour)
Doctoral Level Clinicians: $82/clinical hour (includes time for notes and treatment plans associated with the clinical hour)
$20/administrative hour (includes times for meetings and approved marketing or other activities)
Activities involving providing supervision or training are paid at the clinical rate.
Minimum Expected Weekly Clinical Hours: 10 clinical hours/week
Considered Full Time at 20 clinical hours/week (Scheduling 22/week on average)
Medical and dental insurance offered to Full Time clinicians
BCBS Blue Choice PPO Plan
Company contributes a flat amount toward insurance premiums. This amount is often enough to cover 100% of individual premiums.

Available to all clinicians.
3% Matching after 1 year of Full Time work.
Paid time off (PTO)
2 Weeks PTO for Part Time clinicians.
4 weeks PTO for Full Time clinicians.
Continuing Education and Professional Development Budget of $600/clinician/year for Full Time clinicians
Virtual assistant provides support for scheduling and intake coordination, insurance verification and pre-authorizations, billing, and other administrative tasks.

Comfortable and pleasing office space with security features to support clinician safety.

This includes access to laptops or other telehealth tools, electronic records management, online scheduling, HIPAA-compliant phone and email services, and templates to make documentation easier.
